Our Approach

At Aquanat, we tailor our teaching methods to meet the individual needs of each student. Our highly trained and experienced instructors utilize a diverse range of proven techniques and philosophies, including the Halliwick method, Alexander technique, Tai chi, Feldenkrais, Montessori method, and Aquatic Bodywork & Therapies.

Tailored Lessons for Every Learner

From private one-on-one instruction to small group sessions, we offer a variety of programs designed for:

• Baby & Parents Swimming Classes: Nurturing joyful experiences in the water for babies and their caregivers, with a maximum of one class in the pool at a time.
• Toddlers & Kids Swimming Lessons: Empowering young learners to develop full body control, core skills, and competitive swimming strokes.
• Adult Swimming Lessons: Tailored instruction for adults of all abilities, from beginners to experienced swimmers.
• Therapeutic Swimming Lessons: Individualized sessions addressing specific needs and goals, utilizing aquatic therapies such as Watsu and Healing Dance.

Unique Facilities and Environment

Our dedicated indoor pools are heated to a comfortable 34-35°C all year round, creating a warm and relaxing learning environment. Our facilities are private and accessible by appointment only, ensuring a safe and personalized experience for every student.
