Our Services
We offer a comprehensive range of services designed to help you reach your fitness goals. Our membership and sessions card options provide unlimited access to our state-of-the-art equipment and facilities, including over 100 machines and functional areas. Our instructors will guide you through your workout program, ensuring you're using the correct techniques and getting the most out of your exercises. We also offer free exercise program upgrades, so you can stay on track and reach your goals faster.
Our Facilities
Our rural-based fitness centre is designed to provide a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, with plenty of natural light and ample parking. We've invested in the best equipment available, so you can complete your workout without interruptions. Our facilities are supervised for 30 hours per week, and members and session-card holders have access to an additional 103 hours of unsupervised use per week.
