Our Studio
Located in the heart of Ballarat, our beautifully repurposed old York St milk bar studio is fully equipped with everything you need to practice yoga. Our studios are designed to provide a peaceful and calming atmosphere, allowing you to focus on your practice and connect with your inner self.
Our Services
We offer a range of classes to cater to different levels of experience and ability. Our classes include:
- Beginners Classes: Designed for students with no prior experience, these classes focus on introducing and consolidating yoga foundations.
- General Classes: Suitable for students with some Iyengar yoga experience, these classes are designed to develop and extend asana practice.
- Experienced Classes: For students with a minimum of 3 years of Iyengar yoga experience, these classes include the full range of yogasanas, including standing poses, forward bends, twists, foundation and intermediate backbends, headstand, shoulder stand, restorative poses, and pranayama.
- Open Practice & Led Practice Sessions: These sessions provide an opportunity for students to engage in self-study and practice while having access to our props and rope walls.
- Pranayama Classes: Focus on the practice of controlling the breath, these classes are suitable for General Level students and above.
- Workshops: We occasionally run intensive classes, workshops, and retreats to provide students with an opportunity to deepen their practice and connect with like-minded individuals.
