Our Story
Amanda's on the Edge has a rich history that dates back over two decades. Born of Grandma's dream, the restaurant was created by a family who were passionate about cooking and hospitality. The journey began when my brother discovered a blank canvas of a block, which was once a horse racing track. We all pitched in and started building our home, cottages, and of course, our beloved restaurant.

Our Menu

We offer a selection of entrees, including king prawns, ricotta and basil gnocchi, and lamb merguez pot sticker dumplings. Our main courses include three times-cooked duck maryland, 250grm Scotch fillet, and Tunisian spiced lamb rump. We also offer a curry choice of Sri Lankan chicken curry or South Indian fish curry. Our desserts include vanilla creme brulee, chocolate mousse, and baked caramel custard.
