High Frequency Hand Sawing is a versatile concrete cutting technique that can be utilised in virtually any situation where concrete cuts are required. High Frequency Hand Saws have a maximum cutting depth of 150mm, and can be powered by petrol, hydraulic, electric, or high-frequency electric. This method is suitable for:

*Core Drilling*

Core Drilling concrete is a vibration-free technique of creating clean holes in structural concrete walls, floors, and roofs. Jaymar can diamond core drill up to a diameter of 700mm. The core holes can be drilled using either pneumatic, hydraulic, or electrical core drill equipment. Core Drilling can be used for:

*Road Sawing*

Road Sawing is a popular method for cutting horizontally flat surfaces such as concrete floors, roadways, pavement, tiles, pavers, and cobble stone. Our Road Saws can cut up to 500mm in depth using diamond tipped cutting blades. Road Sawing can be used for:

*Soff Cutting*

Soff Cutting is used for early entry cutting of concrete foundation slabs to complete expansion cuts. They are a popular technique for addressing concerns with tiling in residential housing to large foundation pours for floors or roadways. Soff Cutting can be used for:

• Control shrinkage cracks earlier in the concrete curing process, which creates higher quality foundation slabs.
• Control cracking in tiling and other rigid flooring products, which can't accommodate delayed movement in the foundations slab.

*Wall Sawing*

Wall Sawing uses a hydraulically driven track mounted concrete saw, used to form openings in walls up to 730mm deep. The corners of an opening after wall sawing are not cut through unless the opening is cut past the connecting cut line. This is due to the use of round diamond blades. Where over-cutting needs to be prevented, or represents a structural issue, a core drill is used to complete the corners. Wall Sawing can be used for:

• Straight smooth finished opening in walls, ceiling, and floor
• Accurately sized, fixture ready openings for doors or windows
• Create precise cuts in vertical or horizontal surfaces
• Cut access ways for staircases and elevators
• Create crossovers for mechanical services and cabling

*Wire Sawing*

Wire sawing is a technique using diamond impregnated wire, running through a series of drive and guide pulleys to form cuts where other methods of drilling or sawing aren't feasible due to the shape or size of the material to be cut. This method is suitable for cutting through heavily reinforced concrete, large concrete structures and walls, and steel structures.
