Our Journey

Our story begins in Malanda in 1952, when the clinic started as a branch practice from Townsville. In 1977, Tableland Veterinary Service officially came into existence, and over the years we've expanded to six clinics across the region. Bill Tranter and Ian Hosie joined forces in 1978 and have built the business together for over four decades.
