Paella and Tapas was born out of a desire to share the rich culinary traditions of Spain with the people of Perth. Manuel, our founder, recognised the need for a quality, personalised, and friendly Spanish catering service in Perth. With his passion for food and Spanish culture, he set out to create a catering service that would exceed expectations.
