Customer Service
The majority of the reviews praise the exceptional customer service provided by the clinic. Lindy Fry-Mitchell and Cheryl Hansen both gave the highest rating, 5 stars, and credited the wonderful customer service as the reason for their positive experiences. Cheryl had a very nervous appointment, but was put at ease by Dr. Abhay's patience and understanding.

She was unhappy with the additional charges on her bill and found the receptionist to be rude when she tried to discuss the issue.
