Simone Stolmack, the founder of Simone Stolmack Acupuncture, is a highly experienced Acupuncturist and Chinese Herbalist, with over 12 years of practice. She is also a certified Birth Doula and Yoga Teacher. Simone holds a BHSc in Traditional Chinese Medicine, a Diploma in Remedial Massage, is certified with the Australian Doula College, and is certified in Manaka Acupuncture Protocols.

A Birth Doula is an experienced companion who provides continuous support, care, and information to a woman throughout her pregnancy, labour, birth, and early postnatal period. Research has shown that having a Doula can significantly reduce the risk of medical interventions, such as inductions, epidurals, and caesareans, and can lead to a more positive birthing experience.
