Our Humble Beginnings
Our story begins in the quaint Italian town of Varapodio, where generations of Scopelliti family members built a legacy rooted in agriculture. This familial legacy followed them when they migrated to Australia in the late 1940s, carrying with them a deep-rooted connection to the land and its bountiful offerings.
A Passion for Olive Oil
Inspired by their ancestral land, Carmelo and Guiseppina, along with their three young children, planted olive trees on their property in Buronga in 1962. The love for quality and tradition drove them to produce their first batch of olive oil using the traditional "stone on stone" crushing method.
