Negative Experiences
However, some customers had a negative experience with Gosnells Scooters. Sasr Sq's father sold a mobility scooter to a new neighbor, who then took it to Gosnells Scooters due to an issue with the battery level monitor. The business advised the neighbor to replace the batteries, despite them being only eight months old and still under warranty. A second opinion from another business revealed that the battery level meter was faulty, which was fixed for a much lower cost. This experience led to a loss of trust and patronage from Sasr Sq's father and his village.
