Our Approach
Our physiotherapists believe in a "hands-on" approach, using a combination of manual therapy and rehabilitation exercises to determine the best course of treatment for each patient's condition. We provide detailed individual assessments and personalised treatments, using techniques such as mobilisation, soft and deep tissue massage, muscle energy techniques, traction, kinesio taping, sports strapping, dry needling, and spooning remedial massage. At the end of each consultation, we prepare an extensive treatment plan consisting of exercises and activities to help reduce and manage symptoms and pain.
Our Clinics
We have two conveniently located clinics in Lane Cove and Quakers Hill, both equipped with modern facilities and experienced staff. Our Lane Cove clinic has rear access and a lift for patients with mobility restrictions or injuries that affect stair use. We accept all major health funds, WorkCover, third-party insurance, and Medicare claims, making it easy for patients to access our services.
