Customer Satisfaction and Quality of Work

Issues with Customer Service and Product Quality
However, there was a less positive experience for Tony Pedder, who rated Le Parqueteur with 1 star. Initially, Mark seemed genuine and capable, but the final product was substandard Chinese "French" oak. It took three attempts to resand and finish the floor, causing mess and delays. Unfortunately, borer infestation was discovered in the timber after moving in, which led to the removal of the floor.
Mark refused to address the issue, fix, replace, or even return calls, suggesting instead to take the matter to VCAT. A search on ASIC revealed that Le Parqueteur had been liquidated multiple times before. This experience left a bitter taste for Tony Pedder, who advises others to research thoroughly before choosing a service provider.
