Our Story
As a passionate music educator, Lynda Irvine has dedicated her life to sharing her love for music with others. With numerous teaching qualifications, including Associate and Licentiate Music Teachers of Trinity College London, and a range of professional memberships, Lynda is well-equipped to teach students of all ages and skill levels. Her teaching philosophy is centered around flexibility, recognizing that each student learns differently and has their own unique musical goals. This approach enables students to develop a strong foundation in music skills that they can enjoy for a lifetime.
Our Services
At Lynda's Music Studio, we offer a comprehensive range of music education services, including:
- 1:1 music lessons for students of all ages and skill levels
- Music classes for 3 to 7 year olds, designed to be fun and develop foundational musical skills
- Professional development opportunities for music teachers and performers
- Exam preparation for students undertaking music exams
- Advanced mentoring and supervising for CMus and Amus teachers and performers

Our Community
At Lynda's Music Studio, we are proud to be patrons of the arts in Douglas Shire. We believe in giving back to the community and supporting local organizations through performances and fundraising events. Our students are encouraged to participate in numerous performance opportunities throughout the year, including four showcase concerts.
