A great design has no value without the necessary approvals. Martin Borg, our Director, has a Master's Degree in Urban & Regional Planning and extensive experience managing approvals. We are proficient in navigating the approval process while minimising delays and achieving approvals without compromising the design.

Step 04: Construction Documentation

Borg Architects is recognised by industry professionals for providing clear and comprehensive construction documentation. Our unparalleled legibility minimises errors and construction delays, resulting in efficient, high-quality builds.

Step 05: Tender/Negotiation & Build Phase

We believe that most building variations result from poor documentation and a lack of understanding of the construction process. At Borg Architects, we maintain building variations, on average, to less than 2% - a fraction of the industry standard. We achieve this by focusing on getting the brief right, producing buildable designs, and understanding the risks involved in construction.
