How do I book a tattoo consultation?
Fill out our online consultation request form with details about your desired tattoo, and an artist will contact you within 3 business days to schedule your appointment.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept cash payments at the studio or direct EFT transfers to your artist before your appointment. EFTPOS facilities are not available on-site.
Can you cover up old tattoos?
Yes, we offer cover-up services using laser fading to prepare existing tattoos for new designs. Consult with our artists to discuss options and create a tailored plan.
Do you tattoo sensitive areas like hands or faces?
Tattooing these areas is considered on a case-by-case basis due to healing risks and social considerations. Artists may decline if complications are likely to affect the final result.
What is your cancellation policy?
Deposits ($50–$200) are non-refundable if you cancel, no-show, or change your mind less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Are walk-ins welcome?
Yes, walk-ins are welcome, but priority is given to booked appointments. Availability depends on artist schedules and studio capacity at the time of your visit.
