Customer Service and Quality
Vivin Imports received praise for their excellent customer service and high-quality products from several customers. For instance, Sarah Kathie gave a 5-star rating, mentioning that the prices were amazing, the furniture quality was great, and the customer service was the best. Similarly, Gagan Bajwa rated the company 5 stars, appreciating the best customer service and the quality of the bed, mattress, and dining table he purchased.
Moreover, L. Lam gave a 5-star rating for the furnishing service provided for their Airbnb. They were happy with the outcome and received compliments from friends and relatives. Kef Ka also rated the company 5 stars, loving the variety, quality, prices, and service. Ashvini Ghogare and Kerri Chadwick both gave 5-star ratings, praising the quality, comfort, and electric functions of their recliner lounge and corner modular, respectively.
Disappointment and Negative Experiences
However, not all customers had a positive experience with Vivin Imports. Sonya Temel rated the company 1 star, expressing extreme disappointment and anger over the poor quality of the couches she purchased. She mentioned that the buttons started falling off from the first day and within half a year, the couch was ruined with wood sticking out, which was hazardous. The company allegedly made false accusations about misuse when contacted about the issue.
Jb also gave a 1-star rating, disappointed with the quality of the Bahama King Bed. After only two to three months of use, the bedhead started making an annoying squeaky sound. Despite raising the issue with the retailer, they were told it was part of customer maintenance and couldn't be resolved.
Justin Coggins rated the company 1 star due to poor customer service and a lack of communication. He bought a table and was told it would be held until mid-June, but it was never delivered, and he received no refund or compensation.
Chloe Fraser also gave a 1-star rating, unhappy with the Vivin bedroom suite she purchased from Harvey Norman. The suite looked horrible and was just outside the warranty time frame, but Vivin provided no service or remedy to fix the issues.
Matthew James rated the company 1 star, citing the worst aftersales care and avoidance of problems with lounge electricals.
Creamsicle S. gave a 3-star rating, experiencing issues with a late delivery of a table ordered through April & Oak. Although the situation was eventually resolved, the initial response was poor, and the customer was left waiting for over two months.
