What hire periods do you offer?
Our standard hire period is 1-4 days, with extended options available for large events.
Do you deliver outside Brisbane?
We service Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, Northern NSW, and regional Queensland including Rockhampton.
Can I collect equipment myself?
Approved items are available for self-collection Monday-Friday 8am-2pm from our Coopers Plains warehouse.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card payments and direct deposits for all hire bookings.
Do you offer setup services?
We provide installation for large items and structures, but not full event styling services.
What happens if equipment gets damaged?
Minor wear is covered by our maintenance fee, but significant damage requires repair or replacement costs.
