Our Vision

Our experienced and compassionate therapist, Marilyn Richardson, is here to provide supportive and effective therapy to individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and grief and loss.

My journey to become a therapist was sparked by a deep-seated desire to understand and address the struggles faced by individuals in our complex world. Having witnessed vast disparities and limited access to quality mental healthcare during my studies, I felt compelled to make a difference in people's lives.
Throughout my career, I have worked in various clinical settings, gaining extensive experience in both inpatient and outpatient care, with both the Health Department and community organizations. This diverse background has equipped me with a well-rounded understanding of mental health challenges and their diverse presentations.
Our Services
Depression & Anxiety: We provide tailored education and treatment plans to help individuals identify and manage the symptoms of depression and anxiety, and develop coping strategies to overcome these challenges.
Relationship Difficulties: We offer guidance and support to couples and individuals struggling with communication issues, conflict resolution, and relationship stressors.
Grief & Loss Support: We understand the profound grief and loss that accompanies life events like death of a loved one, relationship breakdowns, or job loss. We provide a safe and supportive space for processing these emotions and developing healthy coping mechanisms.
