Our Day Spa is equipped with a beautiful twin room, perfect for couples and group bookings, where you can enjoy alternate treatments in a tranquil and relaxing environment.

Bookings and Cancellations
We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. However, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to change or cancel an appointment. A cancellation fee of 50% will apply to changes or cancellations within this time. "No show" appointments will be charged at the full price of the booking.

We take your health and well-being seriously. If you have high blood pressure, heart conditions, allergies, or other medical complications, we advise that you consult your doctor before signing up for any spa services. Please inform us of any medical conditions.
Catalena Beauty & Day Spa is a smoke-free environment, and smoking is not allowed anywhere within and around the spa.
Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers can be purchased securely online or by calling the Day Spa. They are available packaged for pick up and payment at the Spa. Please note that Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
