Our current Principal, Steven Montgomery, carries on the legacy as a fourth-generation Solicitor, ensuring that our clients receive personalised and professional legal advice.

Our Team

Our team of solicitors are experienced and qualified professionals who are dedicated to providing quality legal services. Our Principal, Steven Montgomery, graduated with a Bachelor of Laws degree (with Honours) and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Bond University on the Gold Coast in 2002. Admitted as a Solicitor on the 2nd of February 2004, Steven has worked for firms on the Gold Coast, Brisbane, and for the Public Trustee before beginning work with the family firm in March 2006.

Melanie Klein joined our firm in early 2017 as a Solicitor. She graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from James Cook University in March 2017, before attaining a Certificate of Legal Business Skills shortly after. Melanie gained admission as a Solicitor on 29 September 2017, and she specialises in property and conveyancing matters.
