Poor Communication and Misleading Quotes
The reviewer, Benjamin Harris, had a terrible experience with Energy Aware, despite receiving over 10 quotes and being promised specific features, including completely black frames, a smart meter, and a premium Fronius hybrid inverter. However, these promises were not fulfilled, and the actual installation consisted of standard white/silver panels, no smart meter, and a standard Fronius inverter.
Rushed Signing and Lack of Transparency
The reviewer felt pressured to sign up immediately to get the deal, but this turned out to be a false discount. The company's poor customer service only added to the disappointment.
