Positive Feedback
The majority of reviewers have had positive experiences with the workshop, praising their cleanliness, affordability, and good communication. Ted Henderson, for example, gave them 5 stars and praised their work as "excellent", stating that they would recommend them to friends and family. Peter Murray also gave them an average review, saying that the work was generally good, but acknowledging that communication between the workshop and front desk could be improved.
Negative Feedback
On the other hand, two reviewers had very poor experiences with the workshop. Jatt Singh gave them a 1-star review, saying that the service was a "waste of money" and that the problem wasn't even fixed. Anonymous also gave them a 1-star review, stating that after having service done, their rear lights were left out of their vehicle and the workshop didn't even know.
