Our Accommodation

Our two attic-style cottages have been designed to provide a comfortable and intimate experience for our guests. Each cottage features private balconies with stunning views over the Balcombe Creek reserve and neighboring vineyard, perfect for sipping a glass of wine or enjoying a leisurely breakfast. The cottages are fully self-contained, with a queen-sized bed and a separate bedroom with a double bed, ensuring that everyone has a comfortable place to rest. Our cottages also boast kitchen and dining facilities, air conditioning, indoor spa, outdoor BBQ, and adjacent laundry facilities, making them the ideal base for your stay on the Mornington Peninsula.

Getting Here

Boardwalk Cottages is easily accessible by car, with ample parking available for our guests. From Melbourne, take the Nepean Highway south towards Portsea, and turn right into Uralla Road immediately after the Balcombe Creek Bridge. Our cottages are located approximately 200m along Uralla Road, and can be identified by our distinctive sign. Alternatively, you can take a taxi or ride-sharing service from nearby Mornington, or join us for a day of exploring the region and enjoy the scenic views along the way.

Mt Martha lies at the gateway to the Mornington Peninsula, offering endless opportunities for adventure and exploration. Take a stroll along the Balcombe Creek Boardwalk, which takes you to the heart of Mount Martha Village and beach, or visit the historic Briars Park and Homestead. For the more active, there are numerous golf courses, fishing and dive charters, and stunning walking trails to discover. You can also visit one of the many local wineries, breweries, and cafes, or explore the region's many markets, berry farms, and mazes.
