Customer Experiences: The Positive Feedback
Mars Campers received positive feedback from several customers. Kim Bowerman, who purchased a Mars Surveyor second-hand, was very pleased with the product and the customer service provided by the company. Michael Heuser also had a positive experience, praising the staff at Mars for their excellent assistance and the quality of the camper trailer.
David L. was also happy with his purchase, noting that the Spirit 2 Pac handled rough outback roads well and everything stayed intact. He highly recommends Mars Campers to others. Michael Speakman appreciated the friendly staff and the great display of camper trailers at Mars Campers.
Kev Lomax, who bought a second-hand 2016 Mars Spirit 2 Pac, was impressed with the staff at Mars who helped him refit a gas strut that he had removed for a paint repair.
Customer Experiences: The Negative Feedback
However, not all customers had a positive experience with Mars Campers. Michael Heuser had multiple issues with his brand-new Endurance LS, including problems with the awning walls and floor not lining up, rusting and corrosion due to inferior parts, and brake light issues. He was also disappointed with the company's response to his complaints.
Andrew Delange was unhappy with his 2019 Titan camper trailer, which leaked during wet conditions. He felt that the canvas was not waterproof as advertised and was disappointed with the company's lack of interest in addressing the issue.
Tegz Clancy had a terrible experience with a second-hand camper he purchased from Mars Campers. He was told that everything was included and that the camper was basically brand new, but he found several issues, including missing parts, damaged batteries, and ripped walls. He was disappointed with the company's response to his complaints and would not return to Mars Campers for future purchases.
