Simon Robertson, our skilled Builder, boasts over twenty-five years of experience in various trades, including aircraft engineering, set building, event production construction, fine cabinet making, and carpentry. His breadth of knowledge and meticulous attention to detail make him an exceptional builder who never compromises on quality. Simon's dedication to client satisfaction ensures that budgets and schedules are consistently met.
Project Portfolio

- *Avalon Beach House*: This existing house underwent alterations to enhance the connection between the interior and rear outdoor areas. A level, functional entertainment space with a new mineral pool was designed to capitalise on the site's intimate, tropical garden setting.
- *Clareville Beach House (Under Construction)*: This new north-west facing tree house is designed to maximise natural light and ventilation, optimising the exposure to the view from its elevated position while minimising the impact on the trees and surrounding bush.
- *Waverly House*: Alterations and additions to this semi-detached, original workers cottage carefully planned to bring much-needed northern light into the new, modern rear addition and maximise solar access to the new 1st floor parents retreat.
- *Bilgola Plateau Home*: The design for this outdated, dark brick and timber home focused on creating a light-filled kitchen and living areas that were family-friendly and inviting.
- *Bondi Beach House*: This tired federation style, six-bedroom family home in Sydney's East underwent alterations to open up a myriad of small, dark spaces and create a contemporary flow that enabled the interior spaces to connect whilst preserving the original character of the building.
