Services
Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy at Hampton Park Spinal & Sports Physiotherapy Clinic focuses on restoring mobility and function through evidence-based techniques. Our treatments address musculoskeletal conditions, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain management. Tailored exercise programs and manual therapy ensure personalised care for optimal recovery outcomes.
Sports Injuries
Specialised sports injury rehabilitation combines acute and chronic injury management with performance enhancement strategies. Our physiotherapists utilise screening assessments and sports-specific exercises to accelerate recovery while preventing future injuries for athletes at all levels.
Remedial Massage
Targeted remedial massage addresses muscular dysfunction through deep tissue techniques and scar tissue realignment. This service complements physiotherapy by improving circulation, reducing pain, and enhancing joint mobility for conditions ranging from arthritis to sports injuries.
Women's Health
Women's health physiotherapy specialises in pelvic floor rehabilitation and prenatal/postnatal care. Our approach combines manual therapy and exercise programs to address incontinence, pelvic pain, and postpartum recovery with a focus on patient comfort and long-term wellness.
Hydrotherapy
Hydrotherapy utilises warm water immersion to reduce joint stress while improving strength and mobility. Supervised exercises in 32C water provide effective rehabilitation for arthritis, post-surgical recovery, and neurological conditions through controlled resistance and buoyancy benefits.

Questions
What conditions do you treat?
We treat musculoskeletal conditions including neck/back pain, sports injuries, arthritis, chronic pain, pelvic floor dysfunction, and post-surgical rehabilitation needs across all age groups.
Do I need a doctor's referral?
Most services don't require referrals, but Medicare rebates under EPC programs need GP referrals. WorkCover, TAC, and NDIS patients require specific documentation for claims processing.
What should I bring to appointments?
Bring relevant medical imaging, current medications list, and appropriate clothing for physical assessment. We provide gowns, but you may prefer to bring your own exercise attire.
How long are treatment sessions?
Initial assessments last 30-40 minutes, with follow-up sessions typically 20 minutes. Treatment duration varies based on individual rehabilitation requirements and progress.
Is physiotherapy covered by insurance?
We accept WorkCover, TAC, NDIS, DVA claims and offer HICAPS for private health fund rebates. Medicare rebates require EPC eligibility and GP referrals for up to five annual sessions.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice incur a $50 fee. Missed appointments without notice require full session payment to maintain scheduling integrity.
