St. George Martial Arts Academy (SGMAA) has been transforming lives and building strong, resilient, and confident students in Sydney's South for almost a decade. Our Facilities

Spanning over 400m2 of matted floor space, our Kogarah and Kingsgrove locations are equipped with the latest safety measures and amenities. As the leading World Taekwondo Kukkiwon Certified Taekwondo Dojang in the St. George district, we are proud to offer a safe and comfortable environment for students to learn, train, and grow. With our spacious training area, we can accommodate entire families, allowing each member to attend their individual classes simultaneously.

Our Programs

SGMAA offers a diverse range of programs catering to students of all ages and skill levels. Here is a snapshot of our offerings:

*Samurais (3-4 Years):* Our Samurais program introduces young children to the world of Martial Arts, fostering the development of fine and gross motor skills, self-exploration, and social interaction.

*Ninjas (5-8 Years):* This program is designed for young Martial Artists who are getting familiar with the world. With a strong focus on attitude development, independence, listening skills, focus, stranger danger, and more, we aim to help children reach their full potential.

*Juniors (9-12 Years):* In an era of technology overload, our 'old skool' approach prioritises teaching focus, respect, courtesy, confidence, accountability, responsibility, and goal-setting.

*Seniors (13+ Years):* Our Seniors program combines various fighting arts, with an emphasis on World Taekwondo (WT) Taekwondo. Our goal is to cultivate confident individuals and support them in their journey towards becoming internationally certified Black Belts and embracing the Black Belt lifestyle.

*Fighting Fit (13+ Years):* Ideal for those looking for a high-intensity workout, our Fighting Fit program integrates Martial Arts techniques with functional fitness training.
