Move from Perth to Melbourne - A Nightmare Experience
Author Maria Denholm had a terrible experience with Kent Removals. They lost parts of her furniture during transit, damaged items, and even left her with items that weren't hers. The communication with the coordinator was terrible, and they were impossible to get in contact with.
Incompetent Packing and Rude Jockey
Raymond Rowe's experience with Kent was slightly better, but still not great. The packing was not completed, the removal was rushed, and one of the jockeys was very rude. He would not recommend the company.
