The Breakthrough Coach

We created The Breakthrough Coach to help schools produce breakthrough results by changing the way school leaders and secretaries approach their roles. Our mission is to work alongside educational leaders who want a proven way to increase instructional leadership time and student outcomes while protecting healthy work-life boundaries for both themselves and their staff. As a professional development program, The Breakthrough Coach has been foundational for new instructional leaders and life-altering for experienced leaders for more than 25 years. Our program shows educational leaders how to build productive front-office environments, reducing administrators workloads by 1520 hours per week and multiplying their classroom time by 500%. With these changes, leaders can focus their time and attention on creating sustainable, school-wide improvement while also maintaining a healthy personal life.

Since 1998, our organization has worked with approximately 100,000 administrators and secretaries across the United States and around the world. We have also served as featured presenters at numerous professional and academic gatherings. The positive response to our presentations and phased approach to administrator challenges has brought numerous repeat invitations and demonstrated the programs resonance with educators seeking new approaches to instructional leadership.
