I was shocked to hear that my boss had send flowers to the hospital after bringing a new life into this world, I had no sleep so went home for a small nap, as I had got home I received a call saying I have a delivery. I was so confused and asked what it was, they had then brought it to my house about 10min away from hospital, I had offered to pay extra in fuel or head straight there or meet him half way but he said it was completely fine and delivered it to my house. 10/10 service and the flowers look amazing! Highly recommend others using their services to send flowers!

Liania was brilliant I phoned her asking if she could deliver on such short notice and she said yes I will also say she was brilliant to talk too nothing was to much trouble explain everything and what would be use I can’t believe having a short conversation with her and what she delivered Was absolutely brilliant .

Kira is an absolute legend, she went above and beyond her call of duty for me. I am going to say she is the best in the business, very helpful, friendly, patient and her willingness was second to none.

I asked the florist if they could get a certain colour rose which unfortunately was not available,
after talking to the staff, we came up with an alternative. I explained what I wanted, and my instructions were followed to the letter. There were only two roses they looked spectacular. I would recommend this shop to anybody. Thank you to all the staff who went to so much trouble to help

What a lovely little shop. It's not just a florist, it a real Aladdins cave. It has wonderful giftware, jewellery, crystals, candles & other miscellaneous items. The customer service is really one of the best I've come across too, nothing is a bother to look up or take out of display for you for closer inspection. I was lucky to find a pendant I'd been looking for and it was at a reasonable price too.

This florist is fantastic. My partner is never, ever let down by the bunches i have organised for her. Every time i have called up due to being time poor they have made arrangements and had them delivered with no hassles at all. It is always such a delight when I organise flowers for my friends and family through Carews Florist. I have always had a positive experience, and the flowers are always fresh and so beautifully presented. I have been ordering flowers from this florist for over 6 years, and it's been beautiful to see this florist grow and flourish over the years, I almost feel apart of the journey being such a regular customer ☺. The new location is stunning, has a huge new gift ware section. Store is beautifully decorated and new store does not mean new faces Tim is still on site and is available for a chat as always, and nothing beats beautiful blooms to make anyone feel like a million dollars. Gorgeous flowers at very good prices always fresh always different.
