Our apartment renovation service covers full-unit transformations as well as individual kitchens, bathrooms and laundries. We coordinate strata documentation, committee liaison and building requirements while planning construction around access, lifts, loading areas and neighbours. With more than three decades of experience, we deliver each project on a fixed-price basis and have completed over 1,000 apartments since 1994. 
We deliver apartment kitchen renovations with a clear fixed price and comprehensive project management from the initial consultation to handover. Our approach covers practical kitchen layouts, material selection, Strata approval and construction, while allowing for the specific challenges of apartment buildings. Every stage is planned around access, plumbing, gas and the available space. 
Our bathroom renovation service covers the complete project with one dedicated project manager overseeing the work from the initial consultation to handover. We prepare and manage the required strata by-law and paperwork, while our licensed applicators complete certified waterproofing to AS 3740. Three fixed-price packages are available, incorporating different levels of fixtures, finishes, fittings and project management.

I recently did a full renovation with Fine Touch of my apartment in Surry Hills. From the very start Richard and Claude were great to deal with. They worked with me on a design and advised on what would work in my space. The quality of the work and the trades they used was excellent. Long overdue post. Richard and Claude transformed our whole house last year. We used Fine Touch for 3 bathrooms, our laundry, kitchen, new floors, painting and more. They used quality tradies and were regularly on site to check progress, attention to details were great and they don’t take short cuts. Fine Touch Group are brilliant. From the initial consultation to the finished project I found the whole team professional, amenable and were easy and great to deal with. I did full renovation of my apartment: kitchen, bathroom, all custom made cabinets and floor.
Richard, Claude, Andrew, Jo and Danny, all lovely guys and open and easy to deal with. Claude was my day-to-day project manager and I couldn't rate him highly enough. We had a lot of fun.
