Services
Our psychology team supports individuals seeking meaningful change through compassionate, evidence-based care. We help clients understand how anxiety arises from physical, behavioural, and cognitive responses to perceived threats. When these reactions begin to interfere with daily life, clinical anxiety may be present. Through tailored psychological therapies, we assist clients in reducing distress and restoring wellbeing.
Our practice supports individuals experiencing depressive symptoms by offering compassionate, evidence-based care designed to foster lasting wellbeing. We recognise that depression can arise from biological, psychological, and environmental influences, and may significantly impair daily functioning. Our team provides tailored interventions, including CBT, Behavioural Activation, ACT, and trauma-informed therapies, to help clients navigate their challenges and work toward meaningful recovery.
Our service delivers comprehensive trauma therapy to individuals impacted by overwhelming or harmful events. We help clients understand the range of emotional and cognitive responses that may follow trauma, including those associated with PTSD, acute stress, and prolonged grief. By applying established treatment methods, we support recovery, symptom reduction, and improved daily functioning. Our approach emphasises safety, clarity, and lasting change.
We support young people through evidence-based therapy designed to address the varied challenges of childhood and adolescence. Our psychologists focus on enhancing emotional management, social capability, and overall wellbeing within a safe and welcoming clinic environment. We work ethically with caregivers to strengthen therapeutic outcomes. Our team assists with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and behavioural concerns, providing services to children from age eight.
We provide professional support for people managing OCD, which may present as intrusive thoughts, urges for symmetry, or fears of harm. Our therapy aims to ease anxiety by helping clients practise exposure in a gradual and safe manner. As clients confront feared stimuli without using compulsions, they build new patterns of responding. These strategies assist in reducing symptoms and improving everyday functioning.
