Kinetic Pools came to our rescue after the debacle of our previous pool installer going into liquidation. From the very first moment of dealing with Fiona and Steve from Kinetic I felt very reassured that I could achieve a positive outcome from where we were left with just a shell of a pool in the ground. They were very supportive and informative as to how we could move forward dealing with all the government bodies and the insurance process. And once this got sorted they were very prompt and professional in finishing off our pool. Highly recommend them.

Kinetic Pools was a pleasure to work with from the start to the end. They were patient to understand the customer's desires at the start of the process and the installation went according to plan. I first contacted Stephen and the team in July 2021 as I was curious about their fiberglass pools. From the first moment they were honest and clear with how the process works, the correspondence pre build was fantastic and they were always friendly and professional. Having a 2m depth fiberglass pool is what drew me to them in the first place but after meeting them and getting the quote, the decision to get Kinetic to do my pool was a no brainer.
The quote was exactly what they said, the dig was expensive( not their fault) because its all rock in my yard but I knew this. In the end they had Jay on site everyday and got it dug out and put in with little fuss and the mess was kept to a minimum. They even went out of their way to make sure we didnt waste money on bins and worked out ways to keep the dig cost down. Fiona was great in helping get the pool set out and approved.
In the end we have a magnificent looking pool and the value added to my house is more than double what I spent. But the value in memories created will be priceless Thank you guys it was a pleasure to meet you and I will recommend you to everyone.

We are currently shopping around for quotes for a pool. Not only did the team at Kinetic Pools promptly phone me back, they attended the appointment at the agreed time ( a Tradie that is punctual is a winner with me) and took the time to discuss what I wanted. They reviewed the power lines for the cranes, discussed the pool compliance requirements, colours, sizes, accessing the site for the dig and even how the construction may impact my pets. Most importantly they asked ME what I wanted and didnt insist that they speak to my husband. So far, the team at Kinetic have been awesome.
