Our plans cover a wide range of trailer types, including boat trailers, box trailers, enclosed trailers, flatbed trailers, hydraulic tipping trailers, and motorbike trailers.
• Custom Trailer Designs: We offer custom trailer design services for the trailer manufacturing industry, including chassis structural design and ADR drawbar requirements. Our design packages include detailed manufacturing drawings, bill of materials, material cut lists, image renders, and all information required for quoting or communicating specific requirements to sub-contract manufacturers.
• ATM Upgrades: Operating in the greater Brisbane area, we certify trailers and caravans with ATMs of up to 4500kg. Our ATM upgrade service involves an inspection of the trailer and detailed compliance checks in accordance with Queensland Transport requirements. Often, no modifications are necessary to upgrade the ATM.
