Services
Physiotherapy
Our physiotherapists use evidence-based techniques to diagnose and treat musculoskeletal conditions. Specialising in joint mobilisation, soft tissue therapy, and exercise rehabilitation, we address back pain, neck pain, headaches, and sports injuries. Treatment plans incorporate functional movement analysis and workplace assessments to ensure comprehensive recovery.
Clinical Pilates
DMA-accredited physiotherapists deliver tailored pilates programs focusing on core stability and postural control. Small group classes combine spinal stability exercises with strength training to aid injury recovery and prevent recurrence. Initial assessments ensure safe progression through 45-minute sessions available six days weekly.
Sports Physiotherapy
Specialists with experience in professional sports provide acute injury management and return-to-play protocols. Services include pre-participation screening, biomechanical analysis, and sport-specific rehabilitation. The team has worked with AFL, QAFL, and international cricket teams to develop effective recovery strategies.
Women's Health
Physiotherapists with postgraduate women's health training address antenatal and postnatal conditions. Treatment focuses on pelvic floor rehabilitation, postural management, and recovery from childbirth. Clinical pilates programs are adapted for pregnancy-related musculoskeletal changes and post-natal recovery.
Remedial Massage
Certified therapists use deep tissue techniques to treat muscle tension and sports injuries. Sessions target postural imbalances, exercise-related soreness, and work-induced muscular strain. Treatment durations available in 30, 45, and 60-minute formats with emphasis on injury prevention through regular maintenance.
