Callaway Constructions is proud to have received several awards recognising our commitment to sustainability, innovation, and community achievement.

• SMALL-MEDIUM ENTERPRISE AWARD - HEALTH & EXCELLENCE AWARD: In June 2021, hurricane-like storms ravished Victoria, with the Macedon Ranges being one of the worst hit. Many households in our own Ashbourne township were trapped on their properties unable to get out with literally thousands of fallen Eucalyptus trees uprooted and covering driveways and local roads. Jamie and other neighbours banned together to help our little community. But what came out of this local emergency rescue effort, was a state-wide storm recovery project that Jamie (Callaway Constructions Pty Ltd) has been overseeing under Tree Masons and Local & State Governments. It became a project that has employed over 300 locals, and so far has received over $200 million in State funding, with over $35.5 million repurposed products from the fallen trees going back into the community for those affected by this storm. Our innovative approach to storm recovery including our sustainability efforts, and WH&S approach has gained international recognition, and on a national level, won the small - medium Enterprise - Health & Excellence award.
• AUSTRALIA DAY AWARD: We are very proud of receiving the 2010 Australia Day Award for Macedon Ranges Community Achievement which was presented to the Woodend Children's Park Construction Committee, of which Jamie Zoch, Builder for Callaway Constructions Pty Ltd was a Member and the principal Building Practitioner for the project.
