Empowering Lives Through Martial Arts
At Sydney Karate Club, we're passionate about helping people of all ages achieve their goals through martial arts training. Whether you're looking to learn self-defence, improve your physical fitness, or simply meet new people, our expert instructors and state-of-the-art facilities provide the perfect environment to succeed.
Our History
Sydney Karate Club was established in 2002 with the goal of teaching self-defence to a small group of friends. Since then, we've grown to become the premier martial arts school in Sydney, offering a wide range of classes in Freestyle Karate, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, MMA, Arnis, Kubodo, and Yoga. Our club is open to men, women, and children of all ages, and we welcome anyone who wants to learn.
Our Classes
We offer a variety of classes to suit different ages and skill levels. Our Tiny Tigers Program is specifically designed for 3 to 6 year olds, focusing on life skills, safety skills, and basic martial arts skills. Our Little Ninjas Program is for 7-11 year olds, teaching children how to gain control of their mind, body, and emotions. Our Junior Karate Program is based on the Kaizen Ryu Freestyle Karate system, providing a fun and challenging workout for teenagers. And our Adult Martial Arts Program offers a full mix of martial arts training, including Freestyle Karate, Traditional Weapons, Extreme Martial Arts, Kickboxing, and Jiu-Jitsu.
Our Facilities
Our state-of-the-art facility in Ultimo is fully matted, providing a safe and comfortable training environment. We also have a range of equipment and training gear available for our students to use. And, as an Incorporated Sports Organisation, we're committed to reinvesting our profits back into the club to continually improve our facilities and services.
Our Team
Our team of expert instructors is dedicated to helping our students achieve their goals. We're passionate about martial arts, and we're committed to providing a supportive and encouraging environment that allows our students to grow and develop.
