Jamie Kirk

Jamie is a passionate and experienced chiropractor who loves sharing her passion for chiropractic with others. She comes from a chiropractic family, with her uncle and cousins also working as chiropractors. Jamie first saw a chiropractor as a baby and has continued to receive regular chiropractic care throughout her life.

Jamie has a particular interest in family care and paediatric chiropractic and is undertaking further studies in this area. In 2020, she completed a two-week volunteer trip to rural India with Hands on India, providing chiropractic care to children and adults with minimal access to healthcare.

• Do you take x-rays? If your chiropractor requires x-rays to determine what's going on with your body, they will refer you to a local medical imaging centre.
• How many treatments will I need? Each case that presents to Penshurst Chiropractic is unique, and your chiropractor will make recommendations on your case. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to chiropractic care.
• I have never been to a chiropractor before, does it hurt? Our priority is your comfort, and we want you to be comfortable with the care you receive. After having an adjustment, pain is rare. Most people feel good from their adjustment and look forward to having it.
• Will my health insurance cover care? This is best answered by your insurer. All funds are different, and offer different levels of cover, so it's best to find out from your chosen insurance company.
