Services
Termite Barrier Installation
Kordon Termite Barrier creates a physical and chemical defense against termites, installed around building perimeters and service penetrations. The system uses deltamethrin-treated webbing to repel and eliminate termites while complying with Australian standards. Ideal for new constructions, it integrates with building processes to ensure long-term structural integrity.
Moisture Barrier Solutions
Kordon TMB combines termite protection with moisture control under slabs, replacing traditional plastic membranes. This dual-function system prevents termite entry and manages ground moisture, meeting AS 2870 requirements. It simplifies construction by eliminating separate damp-proofing layers while maintaining environmental safety.
Building Code Compliance
Our installations adhere to AS 3660.1 2000 and the Building Code of Australia. We provide documentation including compliance certificates, installation reports, and warranty details. This ensures approvals for local government areas restricting soil termiticides, offering peace of mind for builders and property owners.
Termite Warranty Services
Bayer-backed warranties include a 10-year $100,000 structural timber replacement guarantee when installed by accredited professionals. We coordinate warranty documentation and annual inspections, ensuring ongoing compliance. This coverage complements Kordon's 50-year durability, providing comprehensive risk management for property owners.
Allergen-Free Construction
Kordon's non-allergenic, environmentally friendly materials are suitable for schools and aged care facilities. The barrier contains no water-soluble chemicals, preventing leaching into soil. This makes it ideal for eco-conscious projects requiring both termite protection and occupant safety without compromising performance.
