Aged Care Facilities

Our 16 residential aged care facilities provide around-the-clock care with registered nurses on duty at all times. We offer freshly prepared meals, social calendars, and a comfortable living environment that feels like home.

Home Care Packages

Our carers, nurses, dementia advisors, allied health professionals, and case managers work together to support you with a wide range of services funded by your Home Care Package. We take a holistic view of your care and offer personalized support to help you live in your home for longer.

Customer Service Centre

We understand that navigating the healthcare system can be overwhelming. Our customer service centre offers comprehensive guidance on the services available to you or your loved one. We'll advise on the best options to suit your needs and provide information on what's available in your local area.

Dementia Care

Our expert Dementia Advisors support other health and aged care providers across Queensland to further develop their knowledge and skills in delivering dementia care. We offer informative workshops and provide personalized support to individuals living with dementia and their loved ones.

Nursing Services

Our highly skilled and qualified nurses offer a range of specialized nursing services that can be provided in the comfort of your own home or at one of our clinics. We understand that everyone's needs are unique, and we'll work with you to develop a personalized care plan that suits your requirements.

Allied Health Services

Our team of health professionals, including Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Dietitians, Exercise Physiologists, and Social Workers, can visit you in your home to help you with a range of issues that affect your health and wellbeing.

NDIS, Disability & Health Services

As a registered NDIS provider, we support Queenslanders living with a disability to stay active and keep doing the things they love. Our experienced team works closely with clients to develop personalized plans that cater to their unique needs and goals.
