Our Story
At Realign Health, we're passionate about providing effective patient-centred care to the wider Camperdown, Terang, Cobden, and Lismore communities. Our mission is to diagnose and treat musculoskeletal pain, spinal or peripheral (limbs), and work with our patients to eliminate the underlying causes of pain and dysfunction. We take a holistic approach to healthcare, tailoring our treatments to achieve your goals and giving you the knowledge and skills to prevent re-occurrences.
Our Services
We offer a range of techniques to best suit your individual needs, including joint manipulations, joint mobilisation, trigger point releases, activator adjusting tool, musculoskeletal dry needling, rehabilitation exercises, sacro-occipital technique, and applied kinesiology. We're also stockists of Dentons Pillows, Bioceuticals, and Metagenics products.
Hand Therapy
Our Hand Therapy services involve the evaluation and testing of the injured hand, wrist, or elbow. A specific treatment plan is developed based on the exam and treatment goals of the client. We utilised a variety of specialised treatment techniques, including splinting, braces, taping, exercise, rehabilitation, and ergonomic devices.
Our Team
Meet Dr. Tyna Murray, our principal Chiropractor and owner of Realign Health. With a Bachelor of Health Science and Master of Chiropractic, Tyna has a wealth of experience in Chiropractic care, particularly in sports and geriatric care. She's passionate about women's health and has undergone additional training in Visceral Manipulation, Pregnancy Adjusting, Internal Pelvic Release work, and more. Dr. Megan Logan, our other Chiropractor, is a local who has been receiving chiropractic care since childhood. She's dedicated to providing quality care to her patients.
Our Clinic
Our clinic is wheelchair-friendly and suitable for those with low mobility. We have ample street parking and offer on-the-spot claiming with our HICAPS terminal for eligible funds. We welcome patients with TAC, Workcover, EPC, and DVA, and require pre-approval.
