Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are available for a treatment or for a monetary value. Our gift vouchers can be customized to suit your special occasion or as a thoughtful gift for someone special. Please note that our gift vouchers are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
Suggested Attire
For body treatments, we recommend wearing disposable underwear or your own comfortable underwear. Please note that some muds or oils used during the treatment may be difficult to remove from clothing.
Arrival Time
We suggest arriving 15 minutes prior to your treatment to allow time for a pre-treatment evaluation with your therapist. If you are running late, please advise us as soon as possible.
Spa Hours
Our spa is open Monday to Saturday from 10am to 5pm, with extended hours during peak season. We are closed on Sundays, but may offer earlier or later appointments during peak season.
Treatment Process
Upon arrival, we will confirm your chosen treatment and discuss any special requirements. You will then be shown to the change rooms where you can change into our complimentary robe and slippers. Your personal belongings can be stored in a locker or taken with you. Prior to beginning your treatment, our therapist will work with you to tailor the treatment to your specific needs and goals.
