Our Services
We offer a variety of courses and training programs, including the 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course, drop-in meditation sessions, corporate training, individual and group mentoring, and resources for further learning. Our Expertise
Our team is led by Rita Young, a certified mindfulness teacher and mentor with extensive experience in teaching MBSR in healthcare and education. Rita has completed all levels of training outlined by the Centre for Mindfulness and has qualified as a mentor with Cloud Sangha in the Mindfulness Mentor Training Program. Vasi Alvanos, a Psychotherapist, Teacher, Counsellor, Coach, and Mentor, also joins our team, bringing her expertise in somatic approaches to wellbeing, personal development, and transformation.
