Cylinder Repairs & Manufacturing

Our 300 square metre, undercover workshop is equipped with the machinery and tools required for all cylinder repairs and component manufacturing. We cater to cylinders of all sizes, from small earthmoving machinery to large cranes.

Our workshop boasts a range of specialist machinery, including our automated honing bench, which allows us to resize cylinders and accommodate hard-to-source parts. We specialise in push-tube cylinders for Schwing, Transcrete, and Jaycon concrete pumps and offer post-honing cylinder cleaning, piston rod repairs, and linishing up to 4 metres long. Additionally, our complete machine shop facilities enable us to manufacture all cylinder components in-house.
