Our Services
At Excite Engineering, we specialize in the manufacture and repair of special requirement items, including pressure retaining equipment and spooling, as well as specialized fabrication. Our services include fabrication and welding, engineering and drafting, machining, material sourcing, non-destructive testing, and surface treatment. We employ a range of modern equipment, including a two-station robot welding cell, hot wire GTAW "Tip Tig, " and pipe beveling machines, to ensure precision and efficiency in our work.
Our Expertise
Our team of highly qualified staff, including a WTIA Certified Welding Inspector and in-house Mechanical Engineer, work together to ensure that quality is always at the forefront of our operations. We use SolidWorks as our standard drawing package software to bring concepts to production. Our staff are hand-selected for their ability to offer greater skills and knowledge, gained through exposure to international projects. We partner with pre-qualified vendors to assist with material processing, enabling full scope project delivery.
Our Capabilities
Our capabilities include the design, engineering, manufacture, and repair of specialized components and items. We also offer non-destructive testing, including in-house dye penetrant and magnetic particle testing. We select suppliers based on our ethos and ideology and customer requirements, and we have selected specialist vendors to assist our bespoke capabilities.
