What are your trading hours?
We're open Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, Saturday 9am-4pm, and Sunday 9am-3pm. Closed public holidays and select Christmas/New Year days.
Do you deliver cakes?
We don't deliver to homes but offer business deliveries locally with advance payment and pre-arrangement. Store pickup is our standard service.
Are your cakes Halal-certified?
Yes, our cakes use Halal-approved gelatin. We also offer vegan and gluten-free options from certified suppliers.
How much notice is needed for photo cakes?
Minimum 3 working days required, with image submission by Wednesday 11:30am for weekend pickup. Short notice orders require direct consultation.
Do you fill balloons purchased elsewhere?
Yes, we fill customer-supplied balloons but cannot guarantee quality or replace popped balloons.
Can I re-inflate foil balloons?
Foil balloons can be re-inflated multiple times, though quality diminishes with each use. Latex balloons are single-use only.
