Rawcorp Pty Ltd is a leading construction company that combines the expertise and experience of Anthony Rigby and David Walton. With a deep understanding of construction and project planning, we work closely with our clients to deliver mutually beneficial results for all projects. Established on January 28, 2005, we hold current Queensland and NSW open builder's licenses and have successfully achieved level one pre-qualification for the Queensland Government.

As permanent partners of the South East Queensland region, our directors, Anthony Rigby and David Walton, are committed to being involved in the future evolution of our city. We undertake projects from Northern New South Wales to the Gold Coast and surrounding areas. Our goal is to provide value for money by balancing project budget, time, and quality.

At Rawcorp, we believe in creating effective relationships and successful projects through close communication between clients, consultants, and contractors. We offer a range of services in the construction arena, including project management, cost management, and design and construct. Our team has the experience, adaptability, and hands-on knowledge to procure and perform various elements of a project and oversee the work of multiple specialized subcontractors.

Our Directors

David Walton arrived on the Gold Coast in 1982, commencing work in the residential market before moving into various areas of high-rise and commercial construction. Anthony Rigby has been involved in the SEQ construction industry since 1989 and holds a Building Construction Management degree from RMIT.
