What is your cancellation policy?
We require 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Less than 48 hours notice incurs a 50% fee, while no-shows charge 100%.
Do you accept walk-in appointments?
We recommend advance bookings but accommodate walk-ins when possible. Full payment is required at booking to secure appointments.
Are your treatments suitable for all skin types?
Most treatments work for various skin types, but we conduct pre-treatment consultations to ensure suitability and safety for your specific skin condition.
Can I purchase gift vouchers?
Yes, we offer gift vouchers for all treatments and packages. Provide the voucher number during booking to redeem your treatment.
