- Seth Shuttleworth, young apprentice mechanic, who is learning the trade
Our Commitment to Safety
As a COVID-safe business, we take the health and wellbeing of our staff, customers, and the wider community very seriously. We have implemented a range of measures to minimize the risk of exposure in our workshop, including:
- Thorough cleaning of all steering wheels, gear sticks, and keys with alcohol wipes before and after work
- Regular hand washing by all staff before and after work, before and after breaks, and at increased regular intervals throughout the day
- Social distancing guidelines, where customers are encouraged to maintain distance between themselves and other customers and staff
- A comfortable waiting room, stocked with refreshments, where customers can wait for their vehicles to be serviced

Active Automotives was established in October 2013 by Andrew Hurst, who had a vision to create a workshop that would provide exceptional service and workmanship at competitive prices.
